Pension Client Service Manager, Surrey
A challenging and progressive opportunity now exists within this globally respected HR, pensions and benefits consultancy who are now looking to recruit an additional Client Services Manager.
As the successful candidate, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of one or more high profile complex administration clients as well as acting as a role model for members of the client teams, whilst also developing relationships with the client organisations.
Additionally you will also be responsible managing the day to day client relationships and performance levels, project manage client tasks, act as a coach to team members in the areas of client relationship management, as well as maintaining and continuously improving the overall quality of service delivery across the portfolio of clients you are specifically responsible for.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, the client is seeking someone who possess solid experience gained from within a pensions or benefits delivery environment together with proactive communication and organisational skills in managing client relationships within a financial or business services environment.
