Based in the heart of the City, this leading IT search firm urgently require 2 excellent candidates to be trained on all areas of Headhunting, IT and Financial Services before joining a team of 12 top billing Headhunters.
As an IT Head-hunter you will be working very closely with a number of Top Tier Investment Banks supplying a variety of IT Professionals from Business Analysts to Developers and Project Managers. On training, you will be taught how to map out companies, talent spot individuals, target and attract the right candidates whilst learning negotiation skills and how to win contracts and retained assignments.
Working with a prestigious client base you will be focusing on the middle to senior end candidates. While this may initially sound daunting, once you have gone through the training and shadowed some of the company's top fee generators you will enjoy the huge earning potential on offer within the highest paid sector of recruitment.
To be successful you will be an exceptional graduate with a strong business-to-business sales background. This job requires confidence, excellent communication skills, a resilient nature and a hungry and passionate work ethic. You will also be dealing with some of the highest paid professionals within the IT Services Industry. Anyone who already has experience or an understanding of IT will have an initial advantage when going through the training etc.
If successful you have the realistic opportunity to take home a 45K salary inside your first year. IT into Investment banking recruitment is big money ? and it has been known for companies to make in excess of 100K from one deal alone.
