Based in brand new offices minutes from London Bridge Station, you will be joining one of London's most dynamic recruitment environments with the rare opportunity to take over a desk already on target to bill 100K+ this year.
Due to an experienced consultant's relocation, a desk running 13 temps billing 12K per month is in need of a consultant! Based in vibrant new offices minutes from London Bridge, the successful consultant will have the chance to take over this hot desk with a view to growing it by placing and managing qualified social workers and social care professionals within the public, private and voluntary care sectors throughout the UK.
The company is the Industry Leader within social care recruitment, currently maintaining 25% of the entire UK's Social Care Market. Working in the bustling and social offices of over 60 consultants, you will be giving further training in all areas of recruitment and business to business sales, whilst working directly along side two of the companies top billing consultants.
The successful consultant will have an excellent track record in recruitment combined with a great personality. You will be an excellent communicator, have the ability to build rappour quickly and thrive in a target driven sales environment. You will also have all the motivation and enthusiasm to forge a successful career in recruitment.
