Account Director
My Client is an independent firm of Employee Benefit Advisers and is currently recruiting an Account Director to deliver effective and efficient world class services to assigned clients.
The key responsibilities within this role are split between Business Planning, Metrics and Resource Planning. You will be required to develop a business plan for each assigned client, drive budget targets and measures as agreed whilst identifying likely client needs.
A proven track record in effectively managing client accounts within the Employee Benefit and Pensions sector is essential as well as experience in a similar role, preferably with experience of compliance with quality processes and satisfying customers' requirements.
Candidates must possess strong influencing skills and the ability to articulate complex challenges in a constantly changing commercial environment. You will be commercially proven and astute and be able to use financial knowledge to track, forecast and promote business success.
