Human Resources Administrator
Our client a modern 4 star hotel located very close to the beautiful surroundings of Hyde Park is currently looking for an HR Assistant to join their team, working in a team of 2 with 1 other senior HR member.
Application will need to have shown an interest in HR in their previous position, by either holding a similar position within a hotel or via studying Human Resources and looking for first position with a Hotel as HR Assistant.
Duties will include, assisting the senior HR member with the administration and organisation of the department, assisting with training and developing, making sure that the welfare of guests and staff is looked after, and ensuring vacancies are advertised internally, externally, when required. Short listing applications, screening of candidates before being put forward to HOD's.
Applicants should have a great friendly and easy to approach personality, but also a professional, firm and dedicated. Must be motivated and enthusiastic about position and when working, ability to lead by example and work closely with senior staff members easily.
