Application Support Analyst

A telecomms organisation is looking for an application support analyst to maintain and support new products and systems enhancements. Tasks will involve user application support, bug fixes and delivering enhancements. Applications have been written in-house in a mixture of VB, COM, SQL and .Net, these are multi-functional and will also require report writing, testing and documentation. The ideal individual will have experience dealing with end users, be a problem solver and have experience of troubleshooting in VB, SQL and .Net. Great opportunity, apply now!
