Business Development Consultant

My Client is a well established independent firm of employee benefit advisers and is currently seeking two Business Development Consultants to join their Sales division.

As the successful candidates your main duties will be to source new clients via meetings and cold calling and prepare and send materials when required and obtain new business in line with sales targets. You will demonstrate solid understanding of product offering and be able to articulate unique selling points to key decision makers.

Candidates must have experience of working within the Financial Services/Pensions industry in a target driven environment. You will need to have proven ability to deal with objections and build effective relationships with customers. You will be a team player who is self motivated and energized with an interest in financial/pension services.

Salary: £40000 - £60000 per annum + commission + flexible benefits
