Executive Head Chef
Executive Head Chef is required for an exciting and high profile new opening in Central London.
The role will involve running three outlets - a brasserie style restaurant, cafe concept and a Champagne bar.
The ideal applicant will be creative and imaginative, be able to create new and diverse menus.
In addition to being strong in the kitchen you will also be required to take full responsibility for the running of the kitchens - from health and safety, managing and developing the brigade, menu planning, purchasing and costing. You must also be a strong leader and be able recruit and develop a strong brigade of chefs.
You may have come from a 4 or 5 star hotel environment, or one of the top end a-la-carte restaurant.
