Our client is currently recruiting for a key team member to support the team responsible for managing and maintaining customer systems. Main clients include a combination of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops. Their responsibilities range from the initial product data setup through to ensuring that their clients have all essential data for analysing performances through specific web based systems.
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining stock and ordering system
Setting up and maintaining EPOS data
Will hold responsibility for the stock information of a client after training
Follow testing and go live procedures for all data work to ensure its accuracy
Planning and organising workload
Able to meet deadlines and prioritise work
Dealing with client queries, both in the office and at head office level
Consulting with and advising clients on data set up methods
Essential Skills
Good problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to follow methodical procedures
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical skills
Able to use initiative
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to work on own and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
Basic working knowledge of SQL and Databases
Some stock taking experience
Experience of epos systems
Hospitality/Catering Background
Good working knowledge of web systems
Working hours: predominantly Monday to Friday (9am-5.30pm)
Location: You need to live within an easy commute from Guildford/Godalming, Surrey area.
