Description: Our client is currently looking for candidates from the financial services industry to work within the performance improvement group, change effectiveness team. Senior Consultants are needed to lead the team and act as project and programme director specialist and work with clients to handle the challenges of an increasingly complex environment and issues surrounding changes within the industry.
Essentially change managers are needed to take on the clients change programmes or workstreams within the programme or work on delivering a specific change project. Expertise is two or more of the following areas (among others) are needed, change strategies, organisation structure and design, stakeholder engagement and communications or reward and performance management. Experience of delivering change project and working at senior levels is expected.
