As a trainee recruitment consultant you will receive industry leading training and development where you will learn everything about recruitment and business to business sales. An average day will include interviewing candidates, meeting clients, generating new business and closing deals. Industry experience is not essential as the ideal candidate will be given all the tools necessary to catapult from trainee consultant to senior consultant in a very short period.
The ideal candidate will receive a very competitive basic salary of up to £25,000 and an unrivalled commission structure ensuring that top achievers will have no cap to earning potential. You will be given a fast track career progression programme where high achievers have options for management potential.
