The type of work that you might get involved will vary from: Working with the many major brands HR department and related teams to analyse, design and roll-out HR processes and systems. You will deliver people solutions to business problems as part of a major business transformation, or specialised pieces of work such as implementing a new performance management framework. You will be involved in data gathering, process analysis and improvement, ownership and support of team deliverables, basic project and stream management.
Ideally will have proven experience of working in a HR-related environment gained from either a line or consulting role - It is essential that you have experience in one of the following areas is Essential; Shared Services; HR Operating Model; Talent Management; Organisation Development; Business Process Re-engineering, HR system implementation. You will have strong communication skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good.
