Individual Annuity Development Manager x 3
My client is one of the UK's leading financial services product providers and is recruiting for 3 additional Individual Annuity Development Managers to work on a regional basis covering London, North and Midlands region.
Working with the Head of Sales (Annuities) and the Annuity Management team you will contribute to the delivery, promotion and servicing of effective sales and distribution solutions to the market. This involves providing ongoing analysis and reporting of key accounts and market activity, managing day to day relationships with key accounts and distributors and working with the Development Division, Sales Teams and rest of the sales division to achieve maximum exposure in key accounts.
There is a large degree of day to day autonomy as well as considerable regional travel in order to carry out the role effectively. With ambitious targets for growth, the Individual Annuity business has and continues to expand rapidly, which means these roles will also offer potential for career development.
Knowledge of the annuity distribution market and its business dynamic is essential as well as a thorough understanding of advisers business models obtained through interaction with these advisers proven experience of the annuity distribution market. You will also have an understanding of annuity sales and telesales teams.
Candidates must be able to operate in a self sufficient manner, taking considerable ownership and autonomy in directing their workload, be self-motivated but able to work effectively as part of a team as targets are team based, based on new business production. You will be fully FPC qualified with a willingness to study towards AFPC desirable.
