Senior Technical Administrator


This large Third Party Administrator is looking for a Senior Technical Administrator to join the Berkshire office. Working within the the administration team you will ensure that all processing, client requests, complaint cases, and technical queries etc are completed accurately, in accordance with service level agreements and in line with legislative requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:
?Extensive experience within a Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions or unit trust mutual fund processing environment
?Previous experience of the DC pensions market, preferably gained in an administration role
?Experience of workflow management and training of staff is desirable
?In-depth knowledge of the DC pensions business
?Working knowledge of the Aquila pensions system is a plus
?Knowledge of life fund or unit trust mutual fund administration
?Knowledge of FSA regulations as applied to Life Companies is a plus
?IT skills
?Educated to A Level, or equivalent standard as a minimum

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

?Research and resolve complex client queries including call centre requests, providing timely and accurate responses within guidelines.
?Provide timely and accurate guidance to other members of the administration team, on an ongoing basis, to ensure processes are adhered to and IPL standards are met.
?Ensure any changes to procedures and processes are documented, implemented and communicated, and provide necessary training.
?Work with the administration support team to ensure that all procedures and processes are up to date and maintained in line with regulatory changes.
?Ensure that all documentation and system outputs are technically sound and have the relevant internal approval (compliance, communications etc..)
?Work with other related teams to ensure client satisfaction.
?Confidently handle complex and technical client queries and escalate to Client Relationship and Operations Management where necessary.

£24000 - £32000 per annum + benefits
