Float Assistants within an Investment Bank
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in a leading Investment Bank in the Docklands. As well as having the following skills, they are looking for someone who is friendly, confident and can work to deadlines within a busy environment and be flexible.
As a Float secretary this will enable you to gain exposure within different areas of an Investment Bank and therefore they need someone who is able to pick up things quickly and adapt to different environments.
The role will include:
*Diary management
*International travel arrangements
*Booking and arranging meetings nationally and internationally
*Dealing with the expenses and any ad hoc secretarial and administrative duties.
