The Company:
Our client, is currently recruiting for a Chat Moderator Team Leader, for their office based in Gibraltar.
The Role:
The role will be based at the heart of the company's E-Commerce division. Daily tasks will include:
-Supervising and assisting the Chat Moderators
-Being aware of un-hosted rooms and arrange cover at short notice
-Being the first point of contact
-Providing regular personal productivity, timekeeping and personal development feedback
-Ascertain training needs of the team and carry out the training
-Assiting in the recruitment of the department
Candidate Profile:
Candidates must have excellent typing skills, excellent verbal and written English and familiarity with online chat rooms. They will have a flexible and professional approach to their workload with the ability to multi-task. Experience will include at least one years experience of ?man management?.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position will be £23,000 plus an excellent benefits package including; Health Insurance and an excellent Company Bonus Scheme. The office is open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week so flexibility is a must as nightshifts will need to be covered.
