Must have strong interpersonal abilities and be approachable to members and other employeesMust have:Proficiency with figures and basic calculations.A good telephone manner is a must, as are good letter-writing skills.Excellent administration and organisation skills.Proficiency in using a computer.Ability to demonstrate previous experience of dealing with complaints politely and efficiently.
