A specialist niche Consultancy, operating the global Banking community, seeks additional Recruiters or Trainee Consultants to take advantage of their standing in the market ? they are hoping to more than double the team in size by the end of the year.
To be considered you'll need a good education, at least 'A' levels, you'll be well presented with outstanding communications skills, you'll be intelligent, business aware, with a flair for spotting an opportunity. You'll have some experience of business sales, such as media, property, phones etc. A Trainee Recruitment Consultant's job is varied, involving winning new business from clients by telephone and through visits, managing existing relationships, also interviewing candidates, matching and some administration. Essentially it's a sales/customer service job, where results count and success is in your own hands.
