This prestigious American law firm are looking for someone to join their IT helpdesk and the team also includes 4 former legal secretaries who have made the transition themselves! The firm believe that, because you'll be mainly helping legal secretaries with IT problems, someone who is a legal sec at the moment will have a real insight and understanding of the things that crop up. The role will be incredibly varied as each new phone call could bring a new challenge and we can pretty much guarantee that you'll probably also have to help the odd lawyer who hasn't turned the printer on!
