A leading American law firm in the City are seeking an experienced secretary to work in their Corporate Finance area to support one Partner and two Fee Earners. This is a position where they require a person who wants to get involved with the team and enjoys a busy role.
Previous legal experience is required, ideally from a law firm or internal legal in Finance. You will be providing complete support and duties will include:
?¢ Liaison with clients
?¢ Diary management
?¢ Coordinating meetings
?¢ Preparing documents and correspondence
?¢ Screening calls and emails
?¢ Acting on behalf of the Partners as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
?¢ Proven Legal PA skills
?¢ Previous blue chip/professional services experience at Partner level
?¢ Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
?¢ Typing of at least 70wpm (audio and copy).
This position offers a competitive salary in the range of £36,000 per annum together with a very competitive benefits package.
