We are an expanding photography company based in North West London, specialising in the production of brochures for the property market. We are looking for a freelance DTP / InDesign specialist who will be working in our ‘brochure changes' department. Please be aware that while this is not a creative position, knowledge of design fundamentals such as layout and balance will be an advantage.
As part of our brochure changes team, you will deal directly with the client via phone and email. You will be updating digital proofs at the client's request while conforming to corporate guidelines.
Prior knowledge of InDesign is essential. Some on-the-job training will be provided.
You will need an eye for detail and a good telephone manner. Any experience in customer service would be beneficial. An excellent understanding of English and grammar, both spoken and written, is essential.
You must be able to work quickly and to a high standard.
The daily working hours may vary during quieter periods, but most often you will work full days (9am – 6pm). Any reduction in hours will be discussed with you in advance.
The rate is GBP9.50 per hour. As this is an ongoing position, we are looking for candidates who can make a minimum 6-month commitment.
