Do you have a large event coming up, that you would like to have covered with a on site studio for your guests to enjoy and take away with them a professional studio portrait? The types of event we cover range from:

Often the cost to have us cover your event could be negated against the profit we make in portraits at your event. We print on site so guests go away with memorable professional portraits. That profit can often outweigh your costs and also return a donation to your favourite charity…… This normally works for large events.
We can cover any event from company bookings to party bookings, and would like to offer our best service to your establishment.
This service provides several options but in brief a full studio set up (backdrop and lights) with two photographers and on site printing of those portraits for your guests…
For the larger events we have two complete photo studio setups that can be setup at a venue, we have two photographers and assistants to ensure you and your customers receive the best attention.
How can this benefit you?
The studio is obviously a great addition to any event/party. It ensures the customer has a lasting memory of your organised event, and has something tangible to take away with them.
We collect contact details from all customers who participate therefore giving you a targeted marketing database to inform people of further events at your premises… like valentines specials, or association functions, charity raising events etc…etc thus your events and fundraising
We can include your establishments marketing materials with all photos supplied. The photos are printed on site with a professional printer and placed in an envelope, with any materials you would like to include.
How much does this service cost?
Depending on the event in question and the numbers of expected guests, this offering is often free. We charge the customers a price for the prints ranging from GBP8 - GBP15.

Large Wedding?
If your wedding has from 350+ guests, you want an engagement photo shoot prior to your wedding, you want full coverage from two professional photographers to capture all of your wedding, you want post production second to non, a professional luxury leather (with slip case) wedding BOOK, with two parent books, want various included prints of your wedding day, then this package if for you.
Comprising the following:
Engagement shoot; either in a local location to you, or a local studio, an engagement shoot can be used for your invites, as a memory of your engagement moment, as a preface in your luxury photo book (see further along)
Full day wedding coverage; A male and female wedding photographer to shadow the bride and groom from getting ready moments, to capturing guests and family reactions, and of course the ceremony itself. Reception photography includes one photographer concentrated on shadowing the bride and groom to capture all the important moments from entering the building to leaving the building, speeches, cutting cake, first dance as a married couple. Whilst the second photographer will be concentrated on capturing friends and family enjoying your occasion, as well as details shots of your wedding set-up.
A full studio with backdrop and lights will be made available for guests and family to have formal and informal portrait photographs to be taken. This will be a print on site service where guests can purchase the prints there and then.
A post wedding photographic session is also offered for the new husband and wife to take some glamorous wedding photography that will capture wedding shots that cannot be taken on the day. For example walking in the park, romantic shots that time doesn't permit for us on your day. This can include images anywhere in the country. This is a heavily discounted session if taken with the package.
Post wedding; all images will be made available to you on DVD in slideshow format, and a consultation in order to design and choose your photo book will follow. Do not be mistaken by this offer. This is a one off luxury large photo book, professionally bound and printed with our layout of your wedding day. This is a truly memorable gift. Included will be smaller luxury hardback parent books for you to give to both parents as wedding gifts.

We are not unprofessional student photographers. we are dedicated responsible full time photographers that use only the best of equipment to ensure your day is captured (we are fully insured and have several cameras we bring as back up for example)
We arrange a pre wedding consultancy to ensure we are capturing your wedding as you wish. Usually held at the venue in question so that we can run through the event as you see it and therefore you have the wedding memories that you will treasure and keep forever.
Either way we will visit your wedding venue before hand to understand the best way to ensure your photographic services go smoothly.
The full package usually comprises a minimum of three people at your wedding. We employ assistants where necessary.
We can also travel abroad if you are getting married abroad and want to ensure your wedding is captured by a responsible capable photographic company.
So this is the full service. We are all passionate about getting your day right. There is no limit, in time or photographs, to how hard we work to capture your amazing day.
