traditional food of great quality.
The pub is part of a chain so the main menu is set but there is room for you to show your creativity with new ideas, specials and desserts
you will need to be ok working alone during the quiet week day shifts (that includes cleaning and washing up) but also in a team at the weekend when it's busier... a bit of banter with customers would be great, especially for the summer BBQs!
this is a new team hoping a make a success of a business which shows fantastic potential... high standards and flair are a must
there will be opportunities to get involved in menu planning and if you have the desire and the skills, you could become a kitchen manager in one of many businesses in this large chain very quickly. all aspects of management will be covered from eho standards to training and stocks
