My approach is 'integrative' which means I do not rely on just one therapy technique but I use the approach which I think will be of most use to my clients.
I am currently training to complete an University Advanced Diploma in Counselling.
I am an Asian female therapist fluent in Hindi and Punjabi as well as having a good understanding of Urdu.
