Our client is a truly global multi-billion property and construction business that has been consistently out-performing stock market expectations. With a pipeline worth GBP18bn the future is especially rosy and their profile will continue to grow since winning the rights to build and/or re-develop some of Britain's key sites.
Based in stunning Central London offices, this role reports to the Financial Controller and pulls together the management information and analysis for their construction and facilities management businesses. You will be tasked with process improvement, developing analytical techniques, owning the 10 year strategic plan and contributing to significant investment appraisal decisions.
You will be a bright, commercial aware individual whose strong personality will enable them to work at all levels and learn & develop quickly. You will ideally be a qualified / passed finalist / finalist accountant and do not need prior property or construction experience. Significant opportunities exist as this company will continue to grow.
This role is available immediately and is either temp-perm or perm.
