Compliance Administrator
Working in the Shared Services Assurance & Compliance Team, this position will be responsible for the
* Administration of the Learning Resource Network (LRN) database for the European region,
* Insurance processing and database maintenance
* Assist the Expense Management Team
Key Objectives are:
* Meeting our customers expectations
* Timely and accurate processing of requests and information
Maintaining the pertinence of databases
Key accountabilities:
Document Administration
* Logging correspondence
* Issuing of standard letters
Dealing with receipt of claims/correspondence with insurers and solicitors
Maintenance of paper files and electronic database
LRN Administration
* Maintaining the LRN database for European employees * Managing information requests from LRN users
* Managing system administrator requests from LRN users
* Issuing training compliance progress reports to department heads/leaders
* Preparing reports for the Compliance Committee
Expense Claim Management
* Inputting of expense forms into SUN and dealing with credit card queries
Other Duties
* Provide ad-hoc audit support to Supervisor
* Manage stationary re-order for the Shared Services Finance team
