FLUID is recruiting a full time sushi chef, to assist the head chef in the preparation of fish, hand made sushi and the development of the canapé and buffet menus.
The ideal candidate will have:
One years experience as a sushi chef, or two years relevant kitchen experience.
A valid work permit
A passion for Japanese food
A good command of the English language
Good rates of pay and hours for the right person
