The Wallace Restaurant is now recruiting for a Chef de Partie.
Minimum 3 years experience in a senior position in fine dining restaurants essential, preferably with an understanding of French cuisine. Must be fluent in English - both written and spoken.

Open every day from breakfast through to afternoon tea and for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings, the all-day menu courtesy of Michelin-starred chef de cuisine Thierry Labourde features the best in seasonal french cuisine. Special events are hosted on weekday evenings.
The a la carte lunch and dinner menu includes classic favourites such as steak tartare, seabass in salt crust and, for sharing, whole roast black leg chicken stuffed with foie gras.
