Le Caprice is looking for highly motivated professional Chefs de Parties with experience of working in similar kitchens to ourselves.
Le Caprice opened its doors in 1947 under the watchful eye of Mario Gallati, former Mâitre d'Hôtel of The Ivy. After closing in 1975, Le Caprice was successfully reinvented by Caprice Holdings in 1981 and became the legendary restaurant that we know today.
Now owned by Richard Caring and managed by Caprice Holdings, the restaurant is a chic modern classic that has never lost its sense of style.

Salary based on 5/6 straight shifts over 5 days, meals on duty, uniform and various other benefits are applicable to this position.
