Busy independent cafe in Balham looking for an assistant manager to work with a dynamic team to manage this growing business. The Bertie and Boo Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic, personable and energetic applicant who wants to work their way up in a young and fast growing company.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Deliver an excellent customer service standard
Managing and motivating a team of staff
Ordering and working within set budgets
Coming up with innovative ideas to push the business forward
Health and safety, cash handling and cleaning rotas
This is an excellent opportunity to train and develop in a young fun and friendly atmosphere.Fluent English and a willingness to work flexible hours and at weekends is a must.
Starter Hourly wage: GBP7 per hour with potential for pay rise and permanent contract after completion of training period
