Exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Waiter to join the team at this high volume operation.
You will have at least 12 months recent experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel within C&B.; Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail is essential.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Set up/set down of functions
* Mise-en-place
* Food and beverage service
* Ensuring clean and tidy storage areas
* Ensuring excellent service
* Working well within a team
* Reporting into the supervisor/management
* Being smart, polite and professional.
This is a busy department able to cater for 1000 guests within multi functions so experience of high volume is required.
Salary GBP15000 + service charge. Live in accommodation is available if required.
