A confident and self assured candidate required to manage the post room for a busy government agency. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and will have a good understanding of working within the facilities industry. Knowledge of the day-to-day workings of a post room is essential.
Duties include but are not limited to the following;
Supervising a team of 4 Post room operatives in the day to day running of incoming and outgoing mail.
Franking, DX and sorting / allocating incoming mail.
Keeping abreast on staff holiday and sick leave to ensure that sufficient cover is available to cover the shortfalls.
