We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Head Office team as an Administrator for our Production Department.
As an Administrator you will be an administrative support to the Production team, some of your duties will be as follows:
- File (electronically) all fabric order delivery confirmations and enter the dates given into the business (electronic) documentation
- Document receipt of fabric test reports and fabric submissions and ensure that technologist and product developer decisions are gained and inform all necessary parties, within 48 hours of receipt
- Advise fabric suppliers to export fabrics to indicated destinations, update business documentation
- File all test reports
- Obtain receipt of fabric confirmations from the garment suppliers and prepare fabric invoices for approval
- Chase any late fabric deliveries indicated with reasons and inform all, publish a list of late fabrics weekly
- Prepare occasional Fedex documents for the production team
- Administer the quarterly fabric stock appraisal and liaise with finance to deliver an accurate evaluation of the fabric in the business.
- Maintain supplier contact details
With this in mind you will already have experience as an Administrator and will need to have excellent organisational skills and the ability to pay exceptional attention to detail. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with suppliers, Head Office and Store staff and have good word and Excel skills.
