An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for an Enforcement Manager in East London. The purpose of the role is to provide strategic and operational management of the enforcement services, which are highly customer orientated, cost effective and will provide a better, safer environments for the residents.
Main responsibilities will include:
· Promotion of enforcement action by working in partnership with Police, protection services and housing landlords to tackle anti-social behaviour and environmental crime through planning and implementing strategies that meet overall aims and objectives of the company.
· To ensure all appropriate legislation, policies, standing orders and financial regulations are adhered to.
· Be able manage, monitor and assign budgets.
· Day to day man management of up to 70 staff based in varying locations
An ideal candidate should be committed to working within a Best value ethos and be prepared to present regular reports and presentations to relevant strategic and governing bodies as well as any other external bodies. As mentioned this offer is based on a fixed 3 month contract and ideally would best suit someone looking to gain further experience in this field.
