Role:
My client manages the development, design and construction process from project inception through completion to occupancy.
They have a team of people from different backgrounds, qualifications and experience – be it building/quantity Surveying, Architecture or Structural/Civil /Mechanical or Electrical Engineering- that allows them to select and determine the appropriate individuals to lead and deliver client's projects.
Energy, drive and a passion to exceed expectations, combined with the necessary skills, knowledge and experience, are the key requirements. In return my client can offer you the opportunity to develop your career working on some exciting projects with some prestigious clients.
Their project portfolio covers a number of sectors including residential, education, leisure, retail, commercial and industrial.

My client are looking for a highly skilled senior QS to be based in London, They are recruiting for a number for schemes; which comprise hi-spec residential projects valued at GBP15-35m.
