Office Administrator
Applicants are sought for the position of an for the head office of a car park management company:
Salary: GBP17,000 - 18,500 per annum
Role Type: Permanent
Description:
We have a position available for someone with excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, who is highly competent when working with computers and well-organised; being able to prioritise effectively. A confident and professional telephone manner is important and you should be good under pressure. You should also be prepared and motivated to learn new processes and be willing to adapt to a changing role.
Good practical experience in the following is essential to all applicants and may be tested at interview stage:
* Microsoft Outlook
* Microsoft Internet Explorer
* Microsoft Word
* Microsoft Excel
Other duties include:
* Handling of telephone calls, emails and faxes
* Handling of Customer Services telephone calls
* Taking payments on the telephone
* Data entry and database management
* Handling incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
* Filing, photocopying, scanning
* Supporting team members with ad-hoc office duties
* Investigating appeals
