Our client is a leading housing association within London and they are looking for a personal assistant to the property & maintenance director for a 3-month temporary contract.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
· To provide personal assistance, secretarial and administrative support to executive management
· Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
· Draft correspondence, briefings, presentations, reports, etc as appropriate.
· Undertake activities to provide information for internal and external purposes.
· Handle orders, invoices and expenditure/budget records
· Ability to prioritise; high attention to detail and accuracy.
· Deliver high quality written outputs on time.
· Keep Financial and office systems and records accurate and up-to-date.
Skills/Experience
· Significant experience of providing personal assistance, secretarial and administrative support at a senior level.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong reputation for planning, organising and personal integrity
· Proven attention to detail and ability to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
· Proven ability to work under pressure to short deadlines.
· Intermediate competence level in Microsoft Office packages; audio/copy typing at 65 wpm.
· Experience of using and maintaining office and financial systems and records.
