Situated in the heart of the financial sector near Bank tube station in London City, King Chiropractic is a vibrant, busy and highly regarded Chiropractic practice seeing over 250 patients per week.
About the Job:
We are looking for several Chiropractic Assistants. This title can be described as a Receptionist, Office Manager and PA all rolled into one!
The successful candidate must have - or enthusiasm to learn the following:
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
* Sincere customer service skills, you must be well presented and of a happy
nature
* Ability to be punctual for work at all times
* A personal passion for health
* Experience with Publisher, Word Perfect and Excel software
* Ability to produce quality brochures and newsletters using Publisher
* PA job skills
* Confidence to manage patient schedules and Chiropractor's diary
* Maturity and trustworthiness to manage accounts and staff pay
Hours:
38 hours per week (Monday – Friday: early shift 7.30am - 2pm, late shift 12pm – 6.30pm)
Salary:
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
