Job Title: BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER - West London
Salary & Location: £33,500 + Overtime- based - West London- Middlesex- Ealing- Harrow- Edgware- Berks - South East
Role Description: Building services engineer - electrical - based on a prestigious clients site in west London, the building services engineer will carryout all reactive and pre-planned maintenance on the site. This will include plant room, HVAC, BMS, fire and security, access control and all electrical services. The role is shift based working 5 on 5 off alongside a mechanical building services engineer.
Required Experience: The maintenance engineer will be electrically qualified with experience of building services and any of the following such as generators- plant room- high voltage switch gear- lighting. Ideally qualified to city and guilds electrical.
