This is a very interesting time to join this highly reputable Property company with an enviable international reputation and one of the most significant property portfolios in Europe. The position reports into a Qualified Financial Controller and involves substantial liaison / working with the Business Managers and Directors. It will be a mixture of managing your own portfolio of properties as well as ensuring other members of your team have adequate support to manage theirs. You will help them with difficult aspects of their portfolios, with training of new members and generally ensuring the smooth production of financial and management accounts information. This role would suit someone with Property Accounts experience who feels they want to step up to a management position or a QBE with existing management experience perhaps from a smaller company who wants to work in a larger highly professional and significant concern.
