Technical Support Engineer 25K Pa
Working mainly out of the Head Office in Harrow you will be responsible for;
Supporting the Technical Support Manager with the smooth running of the Technical Support Department
Providing the highest level of system technical support for Field Service Engineers and end user Clients by phone email etc.
To qualify for this role you must have the following experience/skills
Excellent Communication Skills
A good people person
Good negotiating Skills
General Computer literacy - particularly hardware and operating systems
Some form of technical training to Degree, HND, HNC or equivalent
Some experience of training with electro-mechanical devices
Some familiarity with CAD packages such as AutoCad or Visio
Hold a Driving licence - preferably clean
