We have the vacancy for a Secretary in our West London Office.
AST London supply & install Intercom, Access Control & CCTV Security systems throughout London and the Home Counties. We are based on the border of St Margaret's & Isleworth and have a vacancy for a person to take responsibility of our administration and basic marketing needs. The position will be varied from answering the phone, processing orders, general admin work and liaising with our engineers and clients.
Candidates must speak English fluently as a first language and have knowledge of MS Word & Excel, if you have knowledge of SAGE accounting system it will advantageous. Would suit friendly, efficient, reliable and self-motivated person. Minimum one year general office experience.
Working Monday to Friday 8h30 to 17H00 with 20 days paid holiday per year. Salary is GBP8.00 ph paid weekly (GBP16 640.00 per annum).
