Our client, a global management consultancy, is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator to support a group of globally based executives. Based in the City in state-of-the-art offices, this busy and diverse role will offer a challenging and rewarding position with opportunity for career progression.
Your role will be full of variety. You will be involved in dealing with both internal and external clients, organising meetings and conferences, managing very complex diaries and international travel, research and meetings will also be minuted and then actioned.
The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages. It is essential that you are highly organized, with superb written and verbal communication skills. You will be expected to build strong working relationships with other teams and clients. Relevant problem solving experience and initiative would also be valued.
This is a temporary assignment with the opportunity for the role to go permanent.
