International energy brokerage is looking to hire an individual to provide software support in its London office.
The role requires an individual (ideally with degree in business, financial markets or administration) with excellent communication, computer and MS Office skills, who is able to work in a team environment and has a meticulous eye for detail. It involves working with their specialist software to provide support to end users, both internal and external. Must be an enthusiastic team player, and an interest in commodities/energy markets would be beneficial. The candidate should be able to problem solve and work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
Candidate will gain comprehensive knowledge of internal systems and markets. Will be involved in processing, on a daily basis, client credit reports, user accounts, connectivity issues and system testing. Will also communicate directly with clients, responding to enquiries and so a real interest in a support orientated career is a must.
This role has career potential as there are excellent opportunities of promotion for the right candidate.
No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided in house.
