Ship Shape provides main contractor construction, trades/professional staffing and payroll services in London. We offer a unique service that has allowed us to more than double our turnover each year since inception. We are looking for the future leaders of this rapid growth company.
We are currently recruiting a Finance executive who will be working within a growing Finance team, the role responsibilities include:
* Administration of accounts payable/receivable/debtors management
* Payroll process management and development, including timesheet processing and generation of payment instructions
* Managing and development of Construction Industry Scheme tax process
* Helping to develop a job costing model for our construction projects
* Reviewing our financial processes and recommending improvements through efficiencies and/or automation
Ship Shape is seeking persons of graduate calibre who are highly self motivated with a strong desire to be successful in whatever they do. The person needs to have good organisational skills, common sense, initiative and be able to teamwork with other members of the office. The individual needs to be PC literate and has a good experience with excel, and experience with accounting software packages (ie SAGE) would be beneficial, but not essential.
Previous experience in the construction or payroll industries is not required.
A commercial or business orientated degree, training or experience is an advantage but is not essential.
