This multi-national company specialises in the management, leasing, development, design, construction and funding for some of the world's largest developments, retail outlets and shopping centres.
Having approximately GBP25 billion of assets under management in a portfolio of 119 shopping centres across the United Kingdom, United States, Australia and New Zealand with 22,000 retailers and approximately 10 million sq m of retail space,it is clear that there are many opportunities that the company can offer and some superb experience to be gained.
They require an individual who is proficient at using AutoCAD (with experience using Revit preferably) to work on the largest mixed use regeneration project ever undertaken in the U.K. The project is being completed in conjunction with the 2012 Olympic Games. You will be involve in producing plans, drawings, details, e.t.c of the proposed plans for this extensive project.
