This established firm of Quantity Surveyors based in the West end provide cost and project management services on schemes ranging from GBP100k-GBP500m across a broad range of sectors. My clients specialise in the following sectors: Mixed use, leisure, retail, residential and offices, etc.
My Client is looking for enthusiastic individuals with an exceptional knowledge of construction and who have the ability to analyse problems quickly, concisely and with a high degree of accuracy to enable the continued expansion of the team. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to build upon a reputation for high quality service, whilst caring about the work they produce.
Good knowledge of the UK market needed
MRICS qualified (Ideally)
5 years + experience
Access to both our group Private Health Policy and Stakeholder Pension can be provided but would be as salary alternatives.
