Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed for this multi-disciplinary consultancy. This firm provides a comprehensive, nationwide, multidisciplinary surveying service to clients in the commercial, retail, leisure, education and residential sectors.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, with a client-facing personality, who would perform in the role, since there is the opportunity to become partner in the company. This person will also be involved in business generation and will assist the partnership in the following areas: Pricing, Letters of appointment, Fee forecasting, Cash collection, Supervising the servicing of client work, staff development and performance management, new and existing client development and relationships and quality control.
Qualifications + Requirements:
Wide range of experience and an expert in QS with at least 5yrs PQE.
Preferably MRICS.
Business Aware.
Business development and managerial skills.
Interpersonal management skills.
IT skills: MS word, Excel and Project.
