London based local authority is currently seeking an employment lawyer to commence an interim position ASAP. The role will involve working on all aspects of public employment law, to include unfair dismissals, part time workers pensions, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE, Working Time Regulations and grievance matters. The chosen candidate will be required to conduct Employment Tribunal claims brought against the Council and its employees. This role will be for at least 3 months in duration.
