This super London based local authority is looking for a Commerical Property solicitor to join its team on an ongoing basis. You will be dealing with a caseload of complex commercial property transactions dealing with disposals of freehold and leasehold land by the Council. Your experience in this area must be solid as you will be expected to work with minimum supervision. A public sector background is not essential for this role.
